NOTE

Today’s practice focused more on comparing the size relationship between the shoulders and the hips, where the hip width is larger than the shoulder width.

Since the gestures were created based on female references, this proportion needed special attention.

Female gestures tend to be softer and have more dimensional flow compared to male gestures.
