NOTE

I marked the notes for this assignment as important.

The basic structure of the hand can be simplified as a box for the palm, while the finger segments can be simplified as cylinders.

In the default hand pose I used here, the middle finger length is about the same as the palm length.

The ring finger and index finger reach roughly the middle of the last segment of the middle finger.

The pinky finger reaches roughly the middle of the second segment of the ring finger.

The thumb reaches roughly the middle of the first segment of the index finger.
